Sports:

On Tuesday, the Lynhurst Boys soccer team had an amazing shutout win over Heritage Christian scoring 8 Goals.  Christian “Lightning” Yotaco scored a hat trick with 3 of the team’s goals.  Mauricio, Hugo, Christopher, Johnnie, and Francisco all tacked on one goal each.  Great shutout boys and lets snag a dub vs Warren tonight at Home!

The Girls soccer team struggled Tuesday vs Heritage Christian getting shutout in a loss, but look to rebound tonight vs Warren at Home.

The Lynhurst lady giants lost in 3 games to the lady giants of Chapel hill. Lynhurst battled their way to win the second game with great passes from Leonela Torres, Jayla Bailey and Indiah Day. With the pressure on them, Indiah Day and Lilly Gibson killed their serves over the net, but in the third game your lady giants went serve for serve starting off strong with the team up north. In the end, they just couldn’t get those last two points to take the win.

Tuesdays game against Center Grove, the lady giants lost a brutal game. Shout out to M’unique Sibley for her serve that gave us our only earned point.

The 8th grade volleyball team suffered a tough loss against Chapel Hill last night. The first set was extremely close. De’Vyne Wills and Jayla Harrod-Wilson’s hitting and serving helped the team compete well with Chapel Hill. Unfortunately, Chapel Hill returned stronger than ever in the second set and won the game. The team has a short break from games until they face Fall Creek Valley on Tuesday.

Thank you Giants and have a nice day
